About —

Madeleine Parsons is a writer and designer based in Brooklyn. She is a creative writing MFA candidate at Hunter College, the creative director at Colony, and an adjunct professor at Parsons School of Design. She writes Design in Verse, a newsletter on the dialogue between literature and design.

When she is not thinking about objects and their environment, she is thinking about the woods of New England and when she can return to them next. Things she finds beautiful: unexpected details, early mornings and space to wonder.
